Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef fresh, high-quality
  • to taste seasoning of your choice salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or pre-mixed burger seasoning
  • 4 hamburger buns your favorite type
  • to taste condiments ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
  • to taste fresh lettuce crisp and refreshing
  • to taste fresh sliced tomato juicy and vibrant
  • 4 slices cheese optional, choose your favorite type

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with your chosen seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Step 3: Divide the meat mixture into equal portions, about 1/4 lb each, and shape into patties.
  • Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the patties on it, spacing them evenly.
  • Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Step 6: If making cheeseburgers, add cheese on top of each patty during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Step 7: Optionally, toast the hamburger buns in the oven for a few minutes after the patties are done.
  • Step 8: Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, patty, lettuce, tomato, condiments, and top with the bun.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and toppings for added flavor.
  • Prepare patties in advance and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
