1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 Tablespoons soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon sriracha, 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional). Set the sauce aside.
