  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk or any dairy-free milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder boosts protein content
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter provides healthy fats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds adds omega-3s and fiber
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal for additional fiber and nutrients
  • 1 tablespoon acai berry powder optional for extra antioxidants

Instructions
 

  • Start by gathering all the ingredients you’ll need to create your Healthy blueberry & banana protein smoothie.
  • In your blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen blueberries, yogurt, and milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax meal, and acai berry powder if using. Blend again until fully incorporated.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency and blend again.
