- 1.5 cups white whole wheat flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 5 tablespoons neutral flavored oil or applesauce for lower fat
- 1 cup water
- 0.75 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
