Instructions
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
Step 3: Sprinkle in the sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Step 4: Pour in the melted butter and tomato paste.
Step 5: Mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
Step 6: Gradually add water to achieve desired consistency.
Step 7: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Step 8: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
