Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop to make the process smoother.
  • Crush the garlic using the flat side of a knife or a garlic press to release its flavorful oils.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
