Instructions
Step 1: Wash the green beans thoroughly under cold running water and trim the ends.
Step 2: Place the trimmed green beans in the Instant Pot with crushed garlic, salt, and stock.
Step 3: Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Perform a quick release by turning the steam valve to venting position.
Step 5: Stir in the butter until melted and serve immediately. Optionally drizzle with lemon juice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or more garlic. Use fresh green beans for best results.
