Ingredients
  

Burger Patties

  • 4 oz Ground Beef Burger Patties Each patty should weigh about 4 ounces.
  • ½ cup Water Used to create steam in the Instant Pot.
  • Foil or Parchment Paper For wrapping the patties.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Shape the ground beef into four patties, season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2: Place ½ cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  • Step 3: Cut foil or parchment paper into squares to wrap each burger patty.
  • Step 4: Wrap each burger patty in foil or parchment paper.
  • Step 5: Place the sealed patties onto the steamer rack inside the Instant Pot.
  • Step 6: Secure the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', select 'Steam' and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 7: Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
  • Step 8: Carefully remove the burger packets and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the ground beef mixture before shaping it into patties.
