Ground Beef Burger Patties
Each patty should weigh about 4 ounces.

Instructions
Step 1: Shape the ground beef into four patties, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Place ½ cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Step 3: Cut foil or parchment paper into squares to wrap each burger patty.
Step 4: Wrap each burger patty in foil or parchment paper.
Step 5: Place the sealed patties onto the steamer rack inside the Instant Pot.
Step 6: Secure the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', select 'Steam' and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
Step 8: Carefully remove the burger packets and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the ground beef mixture before shaping it into patties.
