Ingredients
- 2 each lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of the lobster shell, stopping just before the tail end. Gently pull apart the shell slightly to expose the meat.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this spice mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Place the steam rack inside to elevate the lobster tails above the water.
