This Instant Pot Rice is SO SIMPLE! Just two ingredients for perfectly fluffy jasmine rice every time.

  • Fine-mesh strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups uncooked white jasmine rice rinsed
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Start by measuring out 2 cups of white jasmine rice. Place it in a fine-mesh strainer and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • Transfer the rinsed rice to the Instant Pot and add 2 cups of water.
  • Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to 'sealing', and select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' for 4 minutes.
  • Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes after cooking.
  • Carefully turn the valve to 'venting' to release remaining steam. Fluff the rice gently with a spoon or spatula before serving.

Notes

  • Rinse the rice thoroughly to avoid gummy texture.
  • Maintain the 1:1 ratio of rice to water for best results.
  • Don't rush the natural release for fluffy rice!
