Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Slice your sausages, peel and dice your potatoes, dice the red onion, slice the mushrooms, and trim the green beans.
Step 2: Sauté the Sausages and Onions. Turn on the Instant Pot to 'Sauté', melt the butter, then add sausages and onions. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until browned.
Step 3: Add the Vegetables. Add potatoes, mushrooms, and green beans. Sprinkle in seasonings and pour vegetable stock on top without stirring.
Step 4: Pressure Cook. Seal the lid, set to 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' on high for 8 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before venting.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy. Stir gently and serve hot.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, use andiratl sausage or smoked turkey sausage. Add jalapeños for spice. Use a liner for easy clean-up.
