  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated or minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening, optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp and Broccoli. Thaw shrimp if frozen, peel and devein if necessary, rinse and pat dry. Chop fresh broccoli into florets.

  • Step 5: Quick Release the Pressure. After 1 minute, perform a quick release of the pressure.
  • Step 6: Thicken the Sauce (Optional). Switch to 'Sauté', add cornstarch mixture, stir until thickened.
  • Step 7: Add Broccoli and Combine. If using fresh broccoli, add now and stir. Cook for a couple of minutes until heated through.
