Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Slice the steak, peel and slice the onion, and wash and slice the bell peppers into thick strips.
Step 2: Season the Steak - In a large bowl, add the sliced steak and season it with the fajita seasoning. Mix well.
Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables - Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté', add oil, and sauté the onions until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Cook the Steak - Add the seasoned steak to the pot, sear for 2 minutes on each side, then add stock and scrape up browned bits.
Step 5: Pressure Cook - Return onions to the pot, add bell peppers, close the lid, and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Stir the mixture, season with salt, and serve hot with warm tortillas.
