- 1 cup raw almonds whole
- 1/2 cup raw cashews roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds optional
- 1/2 cup keto crispy cereal low-carb option
- 5 tablespoons keto maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
Line your baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, and keto crispy cereal. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the keto maple syrup over your dry mixture and mix until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the pan, then lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- Wrap individual bars in parchment paper for easy grab-and-go snacks.
- Make a double batch and freeze half for later use.
