Ingredients
  

For the Tacos:

  • 8 tortillas keto tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil light oil like olive or avocado
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons keto taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

  • Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef
    In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the lean ground beef. Use a spatula to break it apart and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 2: Season the Meat
    Once the beef is cooked through, drain any excess fat if necessary. Add the keto taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Tortillas
    While the beef is simmering, warm the 8-keto tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave. Heat them just until they are pliable but not crispy.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Tacos
    Take a warm tortilla and spoon a generous amount of the seasoned ground beef mixture into the center. Top with chopped tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, and grated cheddar cheese.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
