Ingredients
  

  • 11 oz Ranch Salad & Seasoning Mix
  • 16 oz light sour cream
  • 1 can original Rotel (10 oz)
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz, drained)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (15.25 oz, drained)
  • 1 can diced green chilies (4.25 oz, drained)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by collecting all your ingredients. This will make the preparation process smooth and efficient.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the light sour cream with the Ranch Salad & Seasoning Mix. Stir until they are well blended, creating a creamy base for your dip.
  • Add the Rotel, drained petite diced tomatoes, drained whole kernel corn, and drained diced green chilies into the mixing bowl. Fold these ingredients gently into the sour cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the dip, adding a deliciously cheesy element.
  • Taste your Kickin Ranch Corn Dip. Add more seasoning or spice if desired, such as a dash of hot sauce or additional ranch seasoning.
  • Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
