  • 2 pieces Mangoes, very ripe – peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut yogurt or soy yogurt
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cardamom (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Begin by selecting two very ripe mangoes. Peel the mangoes and chop them into small pieces.
  • Step 2: Collect all your ingredients to make the blending process smooth and efficient.
  • Step 3: In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut yogurt, and water. Add ground cardamom and sugar if using. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 4: Taste your Mango Lassi and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed. Blend again if adjustments are made.
  • Step 5: Pour into glasses, garnish with a dash of ground cardamom or diced mango pieces, and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir or blend before serving.
