  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your lamb is fresh, as this will make a significant difference in flavor and texture. Chop the parsley finely and mince the garlic.
  • Step 2: Mix the Kofta Mixture. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, sliced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground black pepper, salt, and ground cumin. Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
  • Step 3: Shape the Kofta Balls. With wet hands, form the mixture into small balls or elongated sausages, about 2 inches in diameter.
  • Step 4: Cook the Kofta Balls. You can bake, grill, or pan-fry your kofta balls. For baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes. For grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook for 10-12 minutes. For pan-frying, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Notes
