- 1 19-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries drained and patted dry
Start by taking your graham cracker crust and placing it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
Gently fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple and shredded sweetened coconut.
Add in the chopped pecans and maraschino cherries. Stir gently to combine.
