Ingredients
  

  • 1 19-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries drained and patted dry

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking your graham cracker crust and placing it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  • Gently fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple and shredded sweetened coconut.
  • Add in the chopped pecans and maraschino cherries. Stir gently to combine.
  • Pour the creamy filling into your chilled graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Once set, slice your Millionaire Pie and serve it chilled.

  • Make sure to drain the crushed pineapple well to avoid a watery filling.
