Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 pieces Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Step 6: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 8: Let the brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack, then lift out using the parchment paper, slice, and serve.

Notes

Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing for cleaner cuts. Store in an airtight container.
