Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Whisk or electric mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter your favorite brand
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg binding agent
  • 1 large egg white adds lift
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda leavening agent
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla adds flavor
  • 16 pieces Brach's Sea Salt Caramel Peanut Clusters chopped if desired

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, egg white, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and stir until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
  • Chop the Brach's Sea Salt Caramel Peanut Clusters into smaller pieces if desired, then gently fold them into your cookie dough.
  • Drop rounded portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. They may look underbaked in the center.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute the egg and egg white with a flaxseed egg.
  • Use brown sugar for a richer flavor.
  • Try crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
