Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by mincing the onion and garlic. Chop the fresh parsley finely. This step is crucial as the freshness of the ingredients enhances the flavor of your kebabs.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and bread crumbs.
  • Add in the allspice, coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, and fresh pepper. Use your hands or a fork to mix everything until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as that can lead to tough kebabs.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers. Aim for an elongated form, about 4-5 inches long, ensuring they are tightly packed to prevent falling apart during cooking.
  • Preheat your grill or broiler. Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through until they are cooked through and have a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the heat. Allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving. These kebabs are fantastic served warm with your favorite sides!

Notes

  • Store leftover kebabs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze uncooked kebabs on a baking sheet, then transfer to a container or bag for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat cooked kebabs in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
