  • 2 packages little smokies (14 oz packages, about 48 cocktail smokies)

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: Open the tubes of crescent rolls and carefully unroll the dough.
  • Step 4: Cut each triangle into smaller strips.
  • Step 5: Take a little smokie and place it at the wide end of each strip of dough. Roll it up toward the pointed end.
  • Step 6: Arrange the wrapped smokies on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 7: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Step 8: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
