  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your pineapple chunks are fresh and ripe for the best flavor. Slice the banana into manageable pieces to make blending easier.
  • Place the pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt into your blender. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the tablespoon of honey at this stage. Toss in a handful of ice cubes to give your smoothie a nice chill and thicker texture.
  • Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender’s power, this usually takes around 30 to 60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed to make sure everything blends evenly.
  • Give your smoothie a quick taste test. If you want it sweeter, add a little more honey. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more coconut milk and blend again briefly.
