  • 1 1/3 cups crushed potato chips for coating
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley for flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder for flavor
  • 2 large eggs for binding
  • to taste Preferred sauce for serving such as barbecue, ranch, or honey mustard

  • Step 2: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
  • Step 3: Season the chicken with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  • Step 4: Set up a dredging station with crushed potato chips mixed with dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder, and whisked eggs in separate bowls.
  • Step 5: Dredge each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the potato chips.
  • Step 6: Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Step 7: Let the chicken rest, slice, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
