  • 1 1/4 cups chopped Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips
  • 1/4 cup additional chopped potato chips for the top of the blondies

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking pan by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  • Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sea salt, and baking soda until well combined. Set this bowl aside.
  • Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Then, add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is light and creamy.
  • Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently with a rubber spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it’s okay if there are a few lumps.
  • Step 5: Fold in Chocolate Chips and Potato Chips. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips. This is where the magic happens—the sweet and salty flavors come together!
  • Step 6: Pour Batter into Pan. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the additional chopped potato chips on top for that extra crunch and visual appeal.
  • Step 7: Bake. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
