Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 3 tablespoons sweetener sugar or low-carb monk fruit sweetener
- 3 tablespoons milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons optional toppings jam, thick caramel sauce, or fudge sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready and measured out.
Step 2: Combine the Base Ingredients. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt and ½ cup of vanilla protein powder. Using a whisk, mix until well combined and smooth.
Step 3: Sweeten It Up. Add 3 tablespoons of your chosen sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture. Whisk again until fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
Step 4: Adjust the Consistency. Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk. Stir the mixture until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 5: Taste and Adjust. Always taste your pudding! If you want it sweeter, add a little more sweetener and mix again.
