  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener sugar or low-carb monk fruit sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons optional toppings jam, thick caramel sauce, or fudge sauce

  • Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready and measured out.
  • Step 2: Combine the Base Ingredients. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt and ½ cup of vanilla protein powder. Using a whisk, mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Step 3: Sweeten It Up. Add 3 tablespoons of your chosen sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture. Whisk again until fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
  • Step 4: Adjust the Consistency. Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk. Stir the mixture until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Step 5: Taste and Adjust. Always taste your pudding! If you want it sweeter, add a little more sweetener and mix again.
  • Step 6: Chill and Serve. Transfer the pudding into serving cups or bowls. Cover them and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 7: Add Toppings. Once chilled, top your pudding with your choice of jam, caramel sauce, or fudge sauce.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use vegan protein powder.
