Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into heart shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the heart-shaped potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and chopped rosemary. Toss until well-coated.
Step 4: Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5: Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato pieces in water for 30 minutes before roasting. Experiment with different herbs and spices!
