Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim off the tops and roots, then cut them in half or quarter if large.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine radishes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 4: Spread radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 5: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or fresh minced garlic. Adjust Italian seasoning to taste.
