  • Spatula
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Serving platter

Ingredients

  • 1 28oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/3 lb. hard salami (Cervelat recommended), cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature, as this will make mixing a breeze!
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and mayonnaise. Using a spatula, mix them together until well combined and smooth.
  • Next, fold in the hard salami pieces and shredded cheddar cheese. Ensure everything is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the salt and black pepper. Mix again until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap on your countertop. Spoon the mixture into the center of the wrap and gather the edges to form a ball shape. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure and shape the ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Once chilled, unwrap the cream cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Pair with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or bread for an irresistible appetizer. Enjoy the deliciousness and watch your guests come back for seconds!
