For the Dough:
- 1 cup Warm Water about 110°F
- 3 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 10-12 slices Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Crumble Blue Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Hot Honey for drizzling
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and honey. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Once frothy, add olive oil, flour, and salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, adding more flour if too sticky.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes. Form into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and heat the skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out. Transfer to the hot skillet, pressing the dough to the edges.
Spread marinara sauce over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella, layer pepperoni, blue cheese, and parmesan.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is crispy.
Drizzle hot honey over the pizza before serving.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving hot.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven to maintain crust crispiness.
- Freeze individual slices wrapped tightly for up to 2 months.
