  • 1 pound smoked salmon roughly chopped or pulled with forks
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 4 ounces shredded Jarlsberg Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ small peeled and small diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped capers
  • Coarse sea salt to taste

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and crème fraîche. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend these ingredients until they are smooth and creamy.
  • Next, stir in the lemon juice and the shredded Jarlsberg Swiss cheese. Make sure everything is well incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the smoked salmon, green onions, red onion, fresh dill, and capers. Be careful not to over-mix.
  • Taste your dip and season with coarse sea salt and cracked pepper to your liking.
  • Transfer the dip to your serving bowl, cover it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
