Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Peel and slice the potatoes into ⅛ inch thick rounds and slice the onion into half-moon shapes.
Step 2: Cook the Onions - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions for 5-7 minutes until softened and translucent.
Step 3: Layer the Potatoes - Add the sliced potatoes on top of the onions in the skillet, ensuring even distribution.
Step 4: Add Garlic and Seasoning - Sprinkle minced garlic over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Notes
