Equipment

  • 9-inch springform pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric Mixer
  • Spatula
  • Oven
  • Refrigerator

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the Filling:

  • 32 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 20 Mini Snickers cut in fourths
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • ½ cup caramel syrup

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust - In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling - In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the granulated sugar and mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated after each addition. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, blending until the mixture is smooth.
  • Step 3: Add Snickers and Peanuts - Gently fold in the chopped Mini Snickers and roasted peanuts into the cheesecake filling, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Step 4: Bake the Cheesecake - Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Bake in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool slowly inside for about an hour.
  • Step 5: Chill the Cheesecake - Once cooled, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
  • Step 6: Prepare the Toppings - Before serving, drizzle the top of the cheesecake with caramel syrup and garnish with extra chopped peanuts and Mini Snickers for an extra touch of decadence.
  • Step 7: Slice and Serve - Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice into wedges and serve chilled, making sure to include some of the delicious toppings on each piece. Don’t forget to capture your first bite for the vlog!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze the cheesecake for up to 2 months, wrapped tightly to maintain freshness.
