Equipment

  • Large pitcher or mixing glass
  • Measuring Cups
  • Long spoon or stirrer
  • Glasses or tumblers
  • Ice scoop or tongs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice 100% juice, no added sugars
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice fresh or bottled
  • 2 cups sparkling water plain or lightly flavored
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • ice to chill and serve

Instructions

  • Begin by chilling your cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and sparkling water in the refrigerator to keep the mocktail cold and crisp.
  • Pour 2 cups of cranberry juice and 1 cup of pomegranate juice into your pitcher. Stir gently to combine evenly.
  • Slowly add 2 cups of sparkling water and stir gently to retain fizz.
  • Fill each glass with ice cubes to the top to chill the drink and add to presentation.
  • Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice-filled glasses and garnish each with fresh cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the full sparkle and freshness.

Notes

  • Rim glasses with sugar by moistening edges with juice and dipping in granulated sugar for a festive touch.
  • Muddle cranberries and mint leaves in the pitcher before adding liquids to intensify flavors.
  • Add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup before sparkling water for a sweeter mocktail.
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick as a seasonal garnish variation.
  • Best enjoyed fresh; store juices separately and add sparkling water just before serving to keep fizz.
