  • 1 box saltine crackers 16-oz
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix 1-oz
  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup canola oil

Directions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven. Begin by preheating your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Step 2: Prepare the Crackers. In a large mixing bowl, carefully pour in the entire box of saltine crackers. Set aside.
  • Step 3: Mix the Seasonings. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, cayenne pepper, and canola oil until well combined.
  • Step 4: Coat the Crackers. Drizzle the seasoned oil mixture over the saltine crackers. Gently toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Step 5: Spread on Baking Sheet. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated crackers in a single layer.
  • Step 6: Bake. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Step 7: Cool and Enjoy. Once golden and fragrant, remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet.
