Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and prepare them as mentioned in your shopping guide.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese. Using a spatula or a hand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the thawed and drained spinach along with the coarsely chopped artichoke hearts into the cream cheese mixture. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Add the mayonnaise, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, Italian 4-Cheese Shred, minced garlic, garlic salt, chopped fresh basil, and shredded mozzarella. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Use a spatula to smooth the top, ensuring an even layer for baking.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Once it’s baked to perfection, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
