Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Storage container
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder high-quality
  • 1 cup allulose natural sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt enhances flavor
  • 1/2 cup water room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract adds flavor

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, allulose, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until they are evenly mixed.
  • Slowly pour in the room temperature water to the dry mixture while continuously whisking. This will help to eliminate any lumps, resulting in a smooth consistency.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, add the vanilla extract. Whisk until everything is well combined.
  • Give your syrup a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add more allulose gradually until you reach your desired sweetness.
  • Transfer the syrup to your storage container. Seal it tightly and store it in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • This syrup can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • If it thickens over time, stir in a bit of water to adjust the consistency.
  • Use erythritol as an alternative sweetener for a different flavor profile.
