- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Start by rinsing the boneless, skinless chicken breast under cold water. Pat it dry with paper towels, then season it lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
In a non-stick skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breast to the skillet. Sear it for about 4-5 minutes on one side until it's golden brown.
