  • 1 cupraw cashews
  • 1 cupraw almonds
  • 1 cuppistachios shells removed
  • 1 cupdried cranberries
  • 1 cupchocolate chips

  • Measure 1 cup raw cashews, 1 cup raw almonds, 1 cup pistachios (shells removed), 1 cup dried cranberries, and 1 cup chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl or a large resealable (zip-top) bag.
  • If using a resealable bag, seal it completely and shake until the ingredients are evenly distributed. If using a bowl, stir with a spoon until evenly combined.
  • To take on the go, leave the sealed large bag as-is or transfer the amount you need into smaller resealable bags.
  • For school or work snacks, divide the trail mix into individual portions using airtight containers, small resealable bags, or reusable stasher bags.
  • For storing at home, transfer the trail mix to an airtight glass jar (for example, a mason jar) and keep it in a cool, dry place.
  • To serve at a gathering, pour the trail mix into a large bowl and place it out for guests.
