  • Baking sheet or pizza stone
  • Pizza Cutter
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Flour for classic dough or gluten-free blend
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 3/4 cup Water warm
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

For the Sauce:

  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

For Topping:

  • 1 cup Vegan pepperoni
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Semolina flour for dusting

Instructions

Preparation Steps:

  • Prepare your pizza dough by combining flour, yeast, water, and salt in a mixing bowl. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. For gluten-free, use a gluten-free blend.
  • Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • While the dough is rising, mix together crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
  • Dust a clean surface with semolina flour and roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to the baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, add vegan pepperoni, and top with vegan mozzarella.
  • Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat flour for a healthier crust.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat slices in a toaster oven for the best texture.
