Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
While the dough is rising, mix together crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
Dust a clean surface with semolina flour and roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to the baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, add vegan pepperoni, and top with vegan mozzarella.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
