- 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 cups Crisp Apples chopped (like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 cup Red Grapes halved
- 1 cup Celery thinly sliced
- 1 cup Candied Walnuts
- 2 cups Mixed Greens for serving
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, halve the grapes, and thinly slice the celery.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, grapes, celery, and candied walnuts.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
Arrange a bed of mixed greens on a serving platter and spoon the Waldorf Salad over the greens. Garnish with extra candied walnuts if desired.
