Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups Crisp Apples chopped (like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes halved
  • 1 cup Celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Candied Walnuts
  • 2 cups Mixed Greens for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  • Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, halve the grapes, and thinly slice the celery.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, grapes, celery, and candied walnuts.
  • Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Arrange a bed of mixed greens on a serving platter and spoon the Waldorf Salad over the greens. Garnish with extra candied walnuts if desired.

Notes

  • Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.
  • Use pears or oranges instead of apples for a different flavor profile.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2 days.
