Total Time 35 minutes mins
- 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 2 tablespoons honey divided
- fresh thyme for garnish
- pita chips or vegetables for serving
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the seedless grapes in 1 tablespoon of honey until they are evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15-18 minutes, or until the grapes are soft, caramelized, and slightly blistered. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
While the grapes roast, gently warm the remaining tablespoon of honey in a small saucepan or microwave until it’s runny and slightly warm. If you like a spicier kick, stir in a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender, combine the crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer the whipped feta dip to your serving bowl. Spoon the roasted grapes over the top, allowing some juices to drizzle down into the dip. Drizzle the warm hot honey generously over the grapes and dip. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
Serve immediately with pita chips, crisp vegetables, or your favorite dippers.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth, lump-free whip.
- Roasting grapes enhances their natural sweetness and adds depth.
- Use good-quality olive oil for richer flavor.
- Adjust heat by adding or omitting crushed red pepper flakes in the hot honey.
- This dip can be made a day ahead; store refrigerated and combine just before serving.
