Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a touch of heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Frank Red Hot Sauce adjust based on heat tolerance
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for extra kick, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until well coated.
  • Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  • Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the Frank Red Hot Sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until melted and combined.
  • Transfer the baked wings to a large mixing bowl and pour the Buffalo sauce over them. Toss until fully coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra garlic powder or chopped green onions, alongside celery sticks and dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
  • Air fry the wings for a lighter option.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
